He is biasing Christie against her own mother. Before he's appeared on their horizon, Christie was lived at home after all... However, for the sake of justice, this guy is better than all that she had earlier. At least Jimmy is working too hard. Theda's thoughts were interrupted by the knock at the door. She rushed to open, but on the threshold was not her younger daughter."
"What do you want?" Theda unkindly asked Larry. She was well informed about last events and did not wish to have any cases with her not-too-favourite-brother-in-law.
"To talk," he shortly informed and entered into the house."
"We have nothing to talk after that you did with your nieces," Theda crossed her hands.
"I did nothing! I just wished to have relations--"
"Really you chosen a strange way for this," Theda sprats and unfriendly looked at Larry. "I'll give advice. When in the next time you will want to adjust with someone relations, try to do without lies, abductions and murders."
"I did not kill anybody!"
"Wished to kill, this almost the same. Listen, Larry. I knew you. I was surprised by that you done, but not like my girls."
"My God!" Larry moaned. "You say about me as if I am Don Carleone."
"Do you want that you're not deserved this? Well tell me, who prevented you from just find us and are acquainted?"
"Hardly would you welcome me with open arms."
"May be and may be not, but in due course, we probably would become closer."
"OK, it is not important now," Larry changed the subject. "I understand that I was fool when first I don't say Christie my real name. However, I do not understand how you can so easy accept that your senior daughter married with one of these awful Capwells."
Theda look at him with the wide-opened eyes.
"So it's the truth? You really hate Mason so hard."
"Moreover, do you really approve this marriage?"
"First, I also could not think that Mary can be married with Mason. However, later I realized that my daughter just like me. She is the one-man woman, and Kenny was unique love of all my life," Larry sarcastically smiled. "Yes, I know that you never understand. It spoke even Kenny. However, let us turn back to Mason. Despite his origin, he loves my daughter very much. And never hurt her. So yes, if it's possible to tell that I approve this marriage."
"It's remarkably," Larry rose from the chair and walked around the room. "What ardent speech in protection of pillars of a society!"
"Get out, Larry. Also, do not come back here. You are not member of my family anymore."
"You should help me to reunite with Mary and Christie!"
"No. Dear Lord! Leave out."
Larry going to the door and face nearly Christie who sacredly looks at him.
"Your uncle already leaves out, do not worry."
"I still return," he promised and left the house."
"Every time when I'm have heard him I am even afraid come here," Christie sadly told. "Why he doesn't wants to leave us alone!"

"No," Mason looked through papers behind the table. "We did not fight, and my father even almost apologized," he smiled for a moment and looked at Mary. "You did change not me only, Mary. You did change all of us, and even my father. It seemed me being impossible, but it was possible make by you."
"We together worked over it," Mary got up and embraced his shoulders. "And your father made today the huge step to reconciliation. Probably, even a more difficult step than all of us. Mason, you are so exhausted, put down your papers.
Mason opened his mouth to object, but then smiled and combined papers to the equal pile.
"You are right," smiling Mason rose up and stretched with pleasure. Mary embraced him.
"Thank you that you are being," Mason looked into her eyes. "Thank you that you're care of me."
"I love you too," Mary begun to smile and dragged him to the bed. "And I'll prove it right now!
