| When he returns Mary compliments him with his brave act but she says she cannot admit that he took Brandon away from Gina. Mason explains that Santana is Brandon's natural mother, and Gina takes drugs, so he cannot risk the child's life. As a proof, he shows Mary the pills he took away from Gina, Mary says it is not drugs and leaves. |

| Later Mason attempts to learn from her what kind of pills he has found on Gina but Mary does not want to speak to him. |

| She spends a lot of time with Mark but she is still in love with Mason. At the restaurant she cannot look at him. Mark does not like Mason's behavior and he unsuccessfully tries to get rid of Mason. |

| Mary helps Mark in his apartment restoration and spills the paint on her clothes. |

|
| Mary put on Mark's gone and waits while her clothes become dry. At this moment Mason comes in. |

| They severely quarrel, and then Mason leaves. |
