The next day was Mary's Birthday. |
Mark decorates the guest house, brings a cake there, and says to Mary that they are going to have fun this day and then a surprise is waiting for her at home. |
Mason comes after Mark and brings a horse with him as a gift for Mary. |
He leaves the horse on the leash near the house and goes to the casino, where Mark and Mary arrive soon. Taking the advantage of Mark's temporary absence, Mason sits down next to Mary and congratulates her with her Birthday. |
Having learnt that she has not been at home yet, Mason assures her that she will be surprised when she comes there. |
Meantime Rosa calls Mason and says that the horse he brought to the guest house made herself free and entered. |
In horror, Mason hurries back to the Capwell's and finds the smash-up at the guest house. While he is unsuccessfully trying to take his gift away, Mark brings Mary at home and he is ready to show her his surprise. |
When Mary opens her eyes she sees Mason and the horse with the blanket saying "Happy Birthday, Mary!" |
Mary is torn between the pity for resentful Mark and the joy because of Mason's funny deed. |
