Meantime Mary and Mark return to the Capwell's mansion. Mary wants to check CC's condition and goes upstairs.
At the CC's room door Mary sees Mason lying on the floor and still trying to reach the handle of the door and to safe his father. Mary runs to Mason and tries to learn what has happened.
Mary notices the table with the remains of the meal on it and, taking the suspicious box, feels the smell of some liquid.
Mason answers her question that he has eaten this meal.
He says somebody is trying to kill CC and faints. Mary and Mark are trying to make Mason take a medicine but he just says that the CC's room door must be opened, because somebody is going to kill his father.
Mark tries to open the door but finds it to be locked. Called by Mark, Cruz arrives.
Having learnt that Mason was poisoned and CC's door is locked, he cries that he is going to break the lock if the person inside does not open it immediately.
CC came to the temporary undestanding with Gina. He give back her syringe which she just try to use when she wanted to kill him. CC already have much strength but now he dont want to let his family to know about.
Having already negotiated with Gina and threatened her with the murder accusation, CC gives her back the injector she almost killed him with. He is already strong enough but he wants to keep his recovery in secret.
Cruz opens the door with the strong kick and, having asked Mark to examine CC, asks Gina what she is doing here. Mark says CC has not suffered, and Gina answers Cruz that she just wanted to stay tete-a-tete with her husband.
